智通财经APP讯，宋都服务(09608)发布公告，根据约束性条款合同，Black Cat有权在到期日前向公司偿还全部或部分当时的全部未偿还款项而无须支付罚金，方式为向公司发出不少于14日的书面通知，说明其拟偿还的金额及拟注销的可换股票据数目。
于2024年11月12日，Black Cat偿还总金额约为900万澳元的可换股票据，其中包括本金约为900万澳元和利息收入约为26284.85澳元(“该偿还”)。截止本公告日期，可换股票据产生的总利息收入取得约为70万澳元。
自2024年10月末以来，该集团一直与Black Cat讨论及协商以期得出一个可行且 Black Cat可以接受的延期该偿还计划。尽管集团作出的努力，截止本公告日期未有达成一致。此外，集团亦一直就集团可能采取的进一步行动寻求澳洲法律意见。
