智通财经APP讯，中国重汽(03808)发布公告，于2024年11月11日，董事会决议启动公司非全资附属公司重汽财务公司的自动清盘程序。
于2024年11月11日，公司与山东重工财务公司及其现有权益持有人订立增资协议。根据增资协议，公司已有条件同意向山东重工财务公司作出增资，金额为人民币34.85亿元，而山东重工财务公司的现有权益持有人已有条件同意向山东重工财务公司作出增资，总额为人民币20.91亿元。
鉴于重汽财务公司将逐步终止其业务营运，并将于自动清盘后停止向集团提供财务服务，展望未来，集团拟与山东重工财务集团进行合作，由其向集团成员公司提供若干必要财务服务。因此，公司(为其本身及代表其附属公司)已与山东重工财务公司(为其本身及代表其任何联系人)订立(i)2027年存款服务协议及(ii)2027年抵押类金融服务协议以规管相关交易条款。
