立德教育(01449.HK) 公布，旗下综合联属实体黑龙江工商学院于昨日(11日)，分别与海尔、国泰租赁、横琴租赁订立3份融资租赁协议，总售价合共1.4亿元人民币(下同)，总租赁付款合共1.57亿元。
据悉，黑龙江工商学院向上述三间公司出售多项租赁资产包括锅炉、电脑、教学机器、打印机、网络设备、计算机设备等，并租回予黑龙江工商学院，3份融资租赁协议租期均为36个月。(js/k)
