海峡石油化工(00852.HK) 公布，公司执行董事兼最终控股股东之一王健生上周五(8日)透过单方面申请，从香港高等法院取得针对海峡石油化工、姚国梁、邓珩、谭笑及马毅的命令。
该命令规定，在通过任何发行新股份的决议前，以及在订立任何具法律约束力的义务或文件以发行新股份前，上述被告须提前72小时(不包括周末)通知王健生，并提供有关发行该股份的原因、认购人身份、发行该股份的价格及将予发行股份数量的详细资料。
王健生目前持有海峡石油化工已发行股份超过50%，其中49.06%透过彼与姚国梁共同控制的公司持有，2.38%透过彼的全资附属公司持有。
另外，上述命令将持续至今日(11日)上午11时正，除非法院进一步命令予以更改或延续。有关王健生单方面申请的法律程序押后至今日上午9时30分。(js/w)
