智通财经APP讯，华润饮料(02460)发布公告，整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际承销商)于2024年11月12日部分行使招股章程所述的超额配股权，涉及合共5037.04万股股份，占任何超额配股权获行使前全球发售项下初步可供认购的发售股份总数约14.48%。
超额配发股份将由公司按每股股份14.50港元发行及配发。超额配发股份将用于促成根据借股协议向华润集团(饮料)有限公司退还用于补足国际发售的超额分配的5217.38万股借入股份中的部分股份。
