宋都服务(09608.HK) 公布，于今日(12日)，Black Cat偿还总金额约为900万澳元的可换股票据，其中包括本金约为900万澳元和利息收入约为26,284.85澳元。目前可换股票据产生的总利息收入录得约为70万澳元。
自今年10月末以来，集团一直与Black Cat讨论及协商以期得出一个可行且Black Cat可以接受的延期该偿还计划。尽管集团作出的努力，目前未有达成一致。此外，集团亦一直就集团可能采取的进一步行动寻求澳洲法律意见。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
