消息面上，日前，国务院国资委召开中央企业今冬明春保暖保供工作专题会，会议要求，要加大煤炭开采和电煤、天然气采购力度，做好新增装机并网，积极引导用户削峰填谷，确保迎峰度冬保供安全。信达证券指，随着上游气价的回落和国内天然气消费量的恢复增长，城燃业务有望实现毛差稳定和售气量高增。
国泰君安研报指出，受益于盈利结构调整、经营现金流提升、资本开支放缓等因素，公司盈利稳健增长，自由现金流改善，DPS进入上行通道，红利价值提升。首予“增持”评级，预计公司2024~2026年EPS2.47/2.75/3.00港元，目标价37.05港元。
