11月12日金融一线消息，浙江东方近日发布公告称，前期公司通过公开竞拍等方式竞得杭州联合银行1.65%股份，共计3601.59万股；近日，公司又继续通过公开摘牌、协议转让方式取得杭州联合银行1.59%股份，共计3469.65万股。

　　浙江东方表示，截至本公告日，公司已累计收购杭州联合银行3.24%股份，共计70，712，450股。
