智通财经APP获悉，迈富时(02556)午后一度涨超11%，截至发稿，涨8.25%，报114.2港元，成交额3719.92万港元。
据悉，迈富时是中国最大的营销与销售软件即服务（SaaS）解决方案提供商，2023年市场份额为3.0%。今年上半年，公司实现营收7.39亿元，同比增长26.7%，其中SaaS收入4.0亿元，同比增长30.4%；股东应占亏损8.2亿元，同比扩大1112.0%。民生证券认为，伴随顶层政策持续发布，宏观经济有望持续复苏，SaaS公司有望迎来业绩扭转、估值水平回升的戴维斯双击。值得注意的是，迈富时将于11月16日迎来首发解禁。据相关统计，迈富时届时有超1亿股股份解禁，占总股本的48.13%。
