智通财经APP讯，民生国际(00938)发布公告，于2024年11月13日(交易时段后)，公司的间接全资附属公司四川晖宏订立股权转让协议，据此四川晖宏同意收购而卖方中投华为移动通讯技术(北京)有限公司同意出售目标公司成都多弗商业管理有限责任公司的全部股权，代价为人民币500万元，并受股权转让协议的条款及条件约束。
公告称，收购事项将使集团能够通过管理由多弗集团及其他各方发展的物业以提高集团收入流;及进一步加强集团在中国物业管理行业的业务能力，此两项均符合集团的战略发展需要，并有望在集团内部产生协同效应。
