EnBio Arm's Invested Company Secures New Investment From J-Power

EnBio (TYO:6092) said one of the invested firms of Alamport Renewable, a company it co-manages through subsidiary Taiyoko Park Ni with Alamport, has secured new investment from Electric Power Development, operating as J-Power.

The invested company is Mulya Energi Lestari (MEL), which develops hydropower plants in Indonesia managing six projects in Sumatera, according to a Wednesday filing.

The new capital from J-Power, which now holds a 28.375% stake in MEL through its sub-holding company, will support the development of four of its six projects.
