CapitaLand India Trust (SGX:CY6U) issued 1,684,270 units to its trustee-manager, CapitaLand India Trust Management, as payment of the 50% base fee for the period from July 1 till Sept. 30, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Tuesday.
The units were allocated at an issue price of SG$1.456 per unit.
Following the issue of these units, the trustee-manager now holds around 99,011,432 units.
