Lake Resources Unit Sells Noncore Lithium Assets in Argentina for $9 Million

Lake Resources' (ASX:LKE) wholly-owned subsidiary sold noncore lithium brine assets Paso de Jama, Olaroz, and Cauchari in Argentina for $9 million.

Proceeds will be used to advance the company's flagship asset, the Kachi lithium project in Argentina, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2024.
