智通财经APP获悉，中升控股(00881)午后涨超9%，截至发稿，涨9.11%，报18.68港元，成交额5.66亿港元。
消息面上，中升控股公布，公司与赛力斯签订初步协商协议，同意就合作分销后者旗下的新能源汽车进行进一步磋商。公司指出，除上述的商业机会外，并不知悉有关导致该公司股价及交易量近日有所增加的任何原因。大和表示，采用新分销模式后，该行预计中升将能够从AITO获得更多的新车销售量，同时能为其售后服务、保险和融资产品带来更多流量。
中金称，看好同赛力斯合作之后为公司打开的成长空间，以及对于后续利润的潜在拉动。花旗则将中升2025和2026年收入预测分别上调10%和18%至2066亿元和2315亿元人民币，净利预测分别上调 25%和24%至57.9亿元和83.5亿元人民币，指公司拥抱中国品牌优化投资回报率。
