【行业协会：英美监管机构延长汽车金融投诉处理期限是明智之举】金十数据11月13日讯，英国金融与租赁协会表示，英国金融监管机构就延长汽车租赁调查中企业投诉的时限进行磋商是明智之举。上个月，上诉法院裁定，汽车经销商未经客户知情同意而从汽车金融贷款机构获得佣金是非法的，英国金融行为监管局（FCA）就此进行了咨询。关于延长投诉处理时间的磋商“只是第一步——恢复这个市场的法律和监管确定性将需要加快向最高法院提交的途径，并在最高法院做出判决之前暂停下级法院的索赔，”该协会主任Stephen Haddrill表示。
