智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)正准备对微软(MSFT.US)云计算业务的反竞争行为展开调查。
消息人士称，该机构正在调查有关该软件巨头可能滥用其在生产力软件领域的市场力量的指控，通过实施惩罚性许可条款来阻止客户将其数据从Azure云服务转移到其他竞争平台。
报道称，正在审查的策略包括大幅提高离开用户的订阅费，收取高昂的退出费，以及据称使其Office 365产品与竞争对手的云不兼容。
FTC拒绝置评，微软没有立即回应置评请求。
