中远海发拟回购不超10%A股和H股股份，减少注册资本
财中社11月13日电中远海发（601866/02866）发布关于回购股份暨减少注册资本通知债权人的公告。公告中提到，公司已获得股东大会授权，以自筹资金回购不超过已发行A股总数10%的A股股份及H股总数10%的H股股份。公司计划通过银行专项贷款和自有资金回购4000万股至8000万股A股股份，回购股份将用于注销并减少注册资本。
此外，公司同时计划回购H股股份用于注销并减少注册资本。债权人需在接到通知后30日内，或未接到通知者在公告披露之日起45日内，凭有效债权文件要求公司清偿债务或提供相应担保。未在规定期限内申报债权的，仍享有对公司的债权有效性。
2024年前三季度，中远海发实现收入198.72亿元，归母净利润13.81亿元。
