智通财经APP获悉，桥水基金联席首席投资官Karen Karniol-Tambour周二表示，美股是值得持有的“好东西”。她补充称，预计在特朗普政府的领导下，美国经济将出现强劲增长。
自特朗普胜选以来，标普500指数上涨了近5%。Karen Karniol-Tambour表示，尽管十年期美债收益率在特朗普胜选后升至四个月高点，但美国经济增长前景推动股市走高。她表示：“我们可能仍有增长的空间，即使是在有关税和很多未知因素的情况下。”
市场担忧特朗普在竞选期间承诺将实施的对外征收关税的政策可能导致美国国内通胀卷土重来，从而令美国利率保持在高位，美联储可能也将因此削减降息幅度、甚至可能会重新加息。对此，Karen Karniol-Tambour表示，更高的经济生产率可能有助于抵消关税政策对通胀的影响。
