智通财经APP获悉，四环医药(00460)早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.23%，报0.74港元，成交额339.94万港元。
消息面上，四环医药发布公告，该公司建议分拆轩竹生物的股份并于联交所主板上市，且该公司已取得联交所关于该公司根据上市规则第15项应用指引建议分拆轩竹生物的批准。
于2024年10月21日至2024年11月8日期间，海南四环与前次收购事项卖方分别订立前次股权转让协议，海南四环同意以总代价约人民币2.88亿元收购轩竹生物约3.3717%股权。
于2024年11月12日，海南四环与阳光人寿订立本次股权转让协议，海南四环同意以总代价约人民币3.08亿元进一步收购轩竹生物约3.6177%股权。
公告称，董事会对轩竹生物的发展目标和发展战略十分认可也充满信心，一致认为轩竹生物的创新产品管线的发展将对本集团制药业务的未来升级发展带来强有力的支持和帮助，也完全符合国家当前“创新驱动，腾笼换鸟”的行业政策趋势。因此决定于轩竹生物拟议在联交所主板申请上市之际，进行本次收购。
