Polaris Holdings (TYO:3010) said its subsidiary, Fino Hotels, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Daiwa House Industry (TYO:1925) for a new hotel lease in Taito-ku, Tokyo.
The agreement will enhance Polaris Group's portfolio, increasing rooms under management to 9,271 by September, according to its Tuesday filing with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
This expansion aims to boost profitability and brand recognition for Polaris' "KOKO HOTEL Residence" line.
