【房价拐点出现：一线城市二手房价13个月来环比首次转涨】金十数据11月15日讯，11月15日，国家统计局发布2024年10月份全国70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况显示，一线城市二手住宅销售价格环比由上月下降1.2%转为上涨0.4%，为近13个月以来首次转涨。一线城市以外，各线城市商品住宅销售价格均呈现出环比降幅明显收窄甚至转涨的良好态势，同比降幅也趋于平稳。在易居研究院副院长严跃进看来，一线城市在二手房价格指数自2023年5月以来总体下跌的情况下，开始转正。一线城市二手房是行业复苏的风向标，近期数据频频出现超越荣枯线的报道，说明市场回稳向好发展。这也进一步说明，该指标是目前房价指数指标中率先转正的第一个指标，也会带动后续其他指标持续转正。
