广州农商银行拟转让145.92亿元资产，预计税前亏损3.4亿元
财中社11月14日电广州农商银行（01551）发布公告，董事会于2024年11月13日批准一项交易，计划转让若干信贷资产及其他资产。此次交易的资产本金金额约为118.61亿元，利息金额合计约26.72亿元，代垫司法费用合计约0.59亿元，整体债权金额为145.92亿元。截至2024年9月30日，资产的账面价值约为103.4亿元。董事会将寻求在临时股东大会上获得股东批准，以便实施此次交易。
本次交易预计将以100亿元的初步估计代价进行，可能导致税前亏损约3.4亿元。交易完成后，广州农商银行的风险资产规模将减少，从而提升风险抵御能力和经营效率。此次交易有助于优化资产结构和改善资产质量，董事会认为此交易符合公司的整体利益。临时股东大会将于2024年11月28日或之前召开，具体交易细节仍需进一步确认。
