长实集团(01113.HK) 及新地(00016.HK) 合作发展的屯门“飞扬”第2期加推全新第4号销售安排，包括8伙一房户及3伙两房户，当中10伙单位将于本周日(17日)下午2点起以价单形式发售，而其余1伙两房连天台特色单位将于下周一(18日)起以招标形式发售。
是次涉及单位的入场单位为第2期第5座1楼H室的一房单位，实用面积266平方呎，扣除最高折扣优惠后，折实楼价为306.9万元，折实呎价11,538元。
长江实业营业部助理首席经理杨桂玲表示，飞扬第2期大部分业主已完成收楼程序，客人对现楼质素和环境十分满意。随上周再减息的利好楼市因素，令客人的入市意欲更为增强，发展商宣布为飞扬第2期推出全新“210天付款计划”。另外，亦特别提供提早成交回赠优惠：如买家选择于签署临时买卖合约后90天内、90天后但120天内或120天后但150天内付清成交金额提早成交可分别享4%、3%或2%成交金额现金回赠。
