金风科技回购4223万股 约占总股本的1%
财中社11月15日电金风科技（002202/02208）发布关于回购公司A股股份实施完成的公告。根据公告，公司于2024年9月26日披露了回购方案，回购资金总额不低于2.5亿元且不超过5亿元，回购股份数量不超过4225万股，回购价格不超过11.4元/股。
截至2024年11月15日，公司已累计回购A股股份4223万股，占总股本的比例约为0.99947%。回购的最高成交价为11.01元/股，最低成交价为9.49元/股，成交总金额为4.42亿元（不含交易费用）。此次回购方案的实施情况与股东大会审议通过的方案一致，回购金额已达到方案中的下限，且未超过上限。
回购完成后，公司财务状况稳健，预计不会对经营、研发及未来发展产生重大影响。回购股份将用于员工持股计划或股权激励，如未能按计划实施，回购股份将依法注销。
2024年前三季度，金风科技实现收入358.39亿元，归母净利润17.92亿元。
