【叮咚买菜启动出海：首站选定沙特 校招新增国际管培岗】金十数据11月13日讯，据悉，叮咚买菜已正式启动出海，首站选定为中东的沙特。有叮咚内部人士表示，叮咚买菜出海模式主要是面相当地客户销售预制菜，同时也会有生鲜、冷藏、百货等品类。另有消息人士透露，今年叮咚买菜管理层曾经在沙特开过一次管理会。目前叮咚买菜正在沙特当地组建本地化团队。在多个海内外招聘渠道，新浪科技注意到，叮咚买菜正在招聘产品、运营、客服、采销、政府关系等相关岗位，部分岗位工作地为沙特首都利雅得，且要求应聘者熟练英语和阿拉伯语。此外，面向2025年应届毕业生，叮咚买菜的校招增设了国际业务管理岗，以专项培养出海的管理骨干。
