智通财经APP讯，华昊中天医药-B(02563)发布公告，公司于近日与青岛百洋医药股份有限公司(一家于深圳证券交易所创业板上市的公司，股份代号：301015)全资附属公司北京百洋智合医学成果转化服务有限公司签订市场推广服务协议。根据市场推广服务协议，公司同意授予百洋智合在中华人民共和国内(不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区)的所有医疗机构和药品零售企业进行优替德隆注射液(商品名：优替帝)的独家市场推广服务。
另外，公司、公司全资附属公司成都华昊中天药业有限公司及百洋智合签订市场推广服务协议补充协议。根据补充协议，各方同意授权百洋智合按照市场推广服务协议约定在指定区域内独占和排他地推广指定产品，且成都华昊中天将承继公司于市场推广服务协议项下的所有权利和义务。
