智通财经APP讯，资本策略地产(00497)发布公告，集团估计截至2024年9月30日止6个月可能取得公司拥有人应占综合亏损约为9亿港元至9.5亿港元，而2023年同期则取得溢利5800万港元。
公告称，该变动主要乃截至2024年9月30日止6个月集团投资物业的公平值不利变动及合营企业物业的减值拨备两项因素综合所致，而根据集团最近期可查阅的财务资料，所涉金额估计约为6.5亿港元。投资物业的公平值变动及合营企业物业的减值拨备均为非现金项目，不会对集团的经营现金流量构成影响。集团整体财务、业务及贸易状况维持稳健。
