China Kingstone Mining (HKG:1380) has completed the allotment and issue of 40 million new shares to AOF I at HK$0.20 apiece, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The shares were issued to settle a dispute between the parties regarding the conversion rights attached to certain bonds issued by the company.
Shares of the marble stone miner closed over 6% higher on Wednesday.
