智通财经APP讯，中铝国际(02068)发布公告，2024年9月23日，公司全资子公司沈阳铝镁设计研究院有限公司(牵头方，以下简称“沈阳院”)与中国二十二冶集团有限公司(以下简称“二十二冶”)、公司全资子公司中国有色金属工业第六冶金建设有限公司(以下简称“六冶”)、云南建投机械制造安装工程有限公司(以下简称“云南建投机械”)组成联合体，中标通辽市扎哈淖尔35万吨绿电铝项目(扎铝二期)。
近日，沈阳院与二十二冶、六冶、云南建投机械组成的联合体与内蒙古霍煤鸿骏铝电有限责任公司扎哈淖尔分公司签署了《通辽市扎哈淖尔35万吨绿电铝项目(扎铝二期)工程总承包合同》(以下简称合同)。
本项目合同总金额约人民币27.99亿元，其中公司全资子公司沈阳院、六冶负责实施的合同金额约为人民币23.81亿元，约占公司2023年度经审计营业收入的10.66%，若该项目合同顺利实施，对公司当期及未来年度业绩产生积极影响，并有利于提升公司的持续盈利能力。
