【国家药监局批准首个优化创新药临床试验审评审批试点项目】金十数据11月15日讯，自国家药监局2024年7月31日发布《国家药监局关于印发优化创新药临床试验审评审批试点工作方案的通知》以来，已有9个申请临床试验项目纳入试点工作，其中5个项目已向药品审评中心提出药物临床试验申请(IND)并受理。11月15日，药品审评中心按照试点工作方案的要求，完成了拟由北京大学肿瘤医院开展的用于治疗晚期实体瘤的注射用MK-6204(SKB535)临床试验申请审评审批，为首个按照试点工作方案批准的临床试验申请，审评审批用时21日。试点期间，药品审评机构、地方药品监管部门加强对临床试验机构、申请人的沟通指导，提高了临床试验申报的质量和效率。
