中信金融资产与中信集团续签三年框架协议 交易上限达696.8亿元
财中社11月15日电中信金融资产（02799）发布公告，宣布与中信集团续签综合服务框架协议及资金与资产交易框架协议，覆盖2025年至2027年度的交易上限。综合服务框架协议的有效期为2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日，双方将在日常经营中互相提供包括资产管理、咨询、经纪等多项服务。资金与资产交易框架协议也同样有效，双方将进行资金及资产的互相交易，需待独立股东大会批准后生效。
根据公告，综合服务框架协议下，中信集团向本公司采购的综合服务年度上限适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此可豁免独立股东批准。而资金及资产交易框架协议下，涉及的融资交易和资产交易将构成持续关联交易，部分财务资助将不需抵押资产。未来三年中信集团向本公司提供不获豁免财务资助的每日最高余额预计为696.8亿元，存款服务每日最高余额为800亿元。公告强调，这些协议将促进本公司与中信集团的资源整合与业务发展，提高经济效益。
