智通财经APP讯，WAI KEE HOLD(00610)发布公告，于2024年11月15日，宏达(利基的全资附属公司及公司的非全资附属公司)获惠保香港授予喷射灌浆分包合约项下的工程，于作出变更及重新测量前的合约金额为979.6万港元。
据悉，分包合约工程为惠保香港拟承建位于九龙启德第2A区3号地盘新九龙内地段第6590号的拟议综合发展项目(该项目)的地基、挖掘及侧向承托、桩帽及地库地坪工程，宏达就此拟承建的喷射灌浆工程包括(i)供应及进行喷射灌浆，包括将灌浆孔向下钻至规定的基脚水平、供应及注入认可的喷射灌浆并重新灌浆(如需要);(ii)准备及提交令就该项目委任的工程师/建筑师信纳之所有灌浆记录;及(iii)协助惠保香港(作为主要承判商)进行材料测试及提供服务。喷射灌浆工程旨在改善地下土质，以兴建地下购物街隧道。
公告称，宏达为打桩及地基工程的专业承建商，在完成涉及复杂地基及工程设计的地基项目方面拥有丰富经验。喷射灌浆分包合约项下的喷射灌浆工程正好属于宏达的专业领域。鉴于承建喷射灌浆分包合约项下之工程乃于宏达的一般及日常业务过程中进行，且为集团透过利基进行的核心建筑业务活动的组成部分，董事认为喷射灌浆分包合约可为集团带来更多收入。
