百利保(00617.HK) 及富豪酒店(00078.HK) 合作发展的九肚山丽坪路23号“富豪．山峰”项目，今日(15日)透过招标形式向同一位买家出售两个分层户单位，为第5座5楼A单位及B单位，均属四房两套间隔，实用面积为1,623平方呎及1,612平方呎，呎价分别为约19,499元及18,402元，成交价合共约6,131.1万元。
富豪物业代理董事卫振声表示，自从上星期美国联储局减息而香港主要银行亦跟随减息后，市场气氛持续向好，项目于约半个月内已录得3宗成交，反映出豪宅买家对后市充满信心。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
