参考消息网11月15日报道 据埃菲社11月13日电，阿根廷中央银行13日发表声明称，阿根廷将从14日开始将20000比索（约合20美元）面值的纸币投入流通，这些纸币将通过该国的银行分行和自动取款机网络逐步发行。

　　阿根廷央行认为，采用高面值纸币和进行有效的货币规划降低了央行的直接成本和整个金融体系的运营成本，使印制更少纸币来满足社会对现金的同等需求成为可能。

　　阿根廷央行还指出，经济中纸币的减少降低了自动取款机的补充成本和分行的处理时间。

　　阿根廷通货膨胀率很高，今年10月的年化通货膨胀率为193%。这就需要使用更高面值的纸币来降低物流成本并方便交易。

　　到目前为止，阿根廷纸币的最高面值为10000比索。10000比索和20000比索面值的钞票属于同一个系列。

　　20000比索面值钞票的正面印有胡安·包蒂斯塔·阿尔韦迪的头像，他帮助制定了1853年《阿根廷宪法》；钞票背面则再现了这位阿根廷律师、作家、记者、哲学家、经济学家、外交家和政治家出生的房屋。

　　阿根廷央行强调，合理安排纸币采购活动改善了物流和协调流程，并通过使用轮船而不是飞机将运输成本降至过去的十五分之一。

　　阿根廷央行通过竞争性国际招标来采购纸币。在8月举行的最后一次招标中，成本从每千张纸币126美元降至每千张纸币48美元。（编译/刘丽菲）
