RH PetroGas (SGX:T13) confirmed that its dormant, wholly-owned subsidiary, RH Petrogas Indonesia Holding, was struck off the British Virgin Islands company register on Nov. 4, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The move, due to the unit's inactivity, has no material impact on the company's net tangible assets or earnings for 2024, the filing said.
