智通财经APP讯，再鼎医药(09688)公布，于2024年11月13日(美国东部时间)，公司就发售向SEC提交初步招股章程补充文件。
于2024年11月14日(美国东部时间)，公司就发售与包销商订立包销协议，据此，公司同意以发售价向包销商发行及发售合共7,843,137股美国存托股份(代表总面值为470.59美元的78,431,370股相关股份)。每股美国存托股份代表10股普通股为相关股份。每股美国存托股份的发售价为25.50美元。
公司亦授予包销商30日期权，以发售价减去包销折让和佣金，额外购买1,176,470股发售中将予发行的美国存托股份(代表总面值为70.59美元的1176.47万股相关股份)。
公告称，预期发售所得款项净额为约1.88亿美元至2.16亿美元，拟用于一般企业用途。
