由恒地(00012.HK) 、中国海外(00688.HK) 、新世界发展(00017.HK) 、华懋集团、帝国集团及会德丰地产合作发展，位于启德的“天泷”昨日(14日)上载最新销售安排，下周一(18日)起以招标形式发售15伙临海标准单位。
恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉表示，上述单位分布于第3及7座，当中包括8伙三房一套连工作间单位、2伙三房一套连储物房及工作间单位、5伙四房一套连工作间单位。当中，三房一套连工作间单位实用面积为1,002平方呎；三房一套连储物房及工作间单位实用面积为1,085至1,102平方呎；四房一套连工作间单位实用面积为1,173平方呎。
韩家辉透露，“天泷”自上月19日起以现楼形式推售后沽41伙，套现逾15.8亿元。(js/w)
