近日,医疗美容产业集团新氧宣布,推出全新轻医美连锁品牌“新氧青春诊所”,旨在为消费者提供“品质一致”、“消费得起”、“触手可及”的医美服务。据介绍,过去一年里,“新氧青春诊所”先后在9座城市推出了17家门店,服务了超过3万名用户,订单量超过10万单。
新氧集团董事长兼CEO金星表示,我们希望以新氧轻医美连锁为载体,整合、优化、重塑行业链路,解决消费者在医美服务中诊疗水平参差不齐、价格高昂两大痛点。
“我们基于自身的互联网基因,试图把‘新氧青春诊所’打造成一家标准化、数智化的智慧门店,让消费者从进门开始到服务结束离店,全程感受到智慧服务。”金星表示,借助新氧AI数智化系统和物联网技术,门店可以实时监测人员和设备的忙闲状态,为消费者智能匹配诊室、医护人员、设备,减少等待时间。在门店履约服务上,诊所按术前、术中、术后3大服务阶段、9个环节,为消费者提供标准化的履约服务,服务标准350余条。
成立11年来,新氧发挥平台在医生、产品、用户等资源的链接优势和消费洞察能力,帮助机构降本增效,提升医疗交付质量和差异化价值,推动产业重构和品质化、数智化转型升级。
