消息面上，国泰君安发布研报称，维持电力行业“增持”评级。2025年长协电价下行风险有限，电力资产有望随电价稳定性验证迎来新一轮价值重估机遇。中原证券指出，电力板块整体估值仍处于合理区间。我国正加快建设新型电力系统和推进电力市场化改革。省间电力现货市场正式运行，使得我国电力市场化交易范围进一步扩大。2024年前三季度，大型水电运营商整体来水偏丰，发电量实现正增长。基于行业估值水平、业绩增长预期及发展前景，建议从中长期视角关注水电、核电板块业绩稳健、股息率高的头部企业投资机会。此外，11月11日国家能源局综合司发布关于进一步规范电力市场交易行为有关事项的通知。通知提出，各经营主体要进一步规范市场报价行为，综合考虑机组固定成本、燃料成本、能源供需等客观情况合规报价，推动交易价格真实准确反映电力商品价值。发电侧、售电侧相关经营主体之间不得通过线上、线下等方式在中长期双边协商交易外统一约定交易价格、电量等申报要素实现特定交易。
