智通财经APP讯，利时集团控股(00526)发布公告，预期集团于截至2024年9月30日止6个月将取得净亏损不多于人民币3000万元，而于去年同期则取得净利润约人民币2.93亿元。董事会认为，有关利润净减少主要乃由于以下理由所致：(1)于截至2023年9月30日止6个月内，集团因中华人民共和国宁波市地方政府收回土地而取得除税前收益净额约人民币1.31亿元;(2)集团预期会因集团的投资物业于2024年9月30日进行重估而产生估值亏损增加;及(3)集团预期，金融资产及合约资产会于2024年9月30日产生减值亏损增加。
