智通财经APP获悉，海伦司(09869)午后涨超8%，截至发稿，涨5.95%，报2.85港元，成交额5202.05万港元。
消息面上，国家商务部副部长盛秋平此前表示，商务部将会同相关部门，推出一批消费领域的新政策。五个城市也将出台配套政策。比如，上海、广州将推出首店首发、首秀首展支持和奖励政策；北京、天津、上海、重庆将发放餐饮、文旅、体育等服务消费券。
值得注意的是，今年7月，海伦司宣布两大增长方向。海伦司拟在新加坡二次上市，通过这一举措进入新加坡证券市场，提升全球知名度，并为其国际业务拓展提供资金支持。此外，海伦司还推出了社区模型。社区店拥有更丰富的门店模型、产品类型，面向更宽广年龄层、延长了营业时间，意图吸引更多元化的消费群体。
