恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉表示，自“天泷”开放现楼以来，共售出40个单位，套现15.5亿元。而以开售至今计算，项目累沽101伙，共套现41亿元，成交呎价4,100万元，平均呎价35,413元。
他续指，沽出的101个单位中，港人占比约为四成；非港人约占五成；及公司客占约一成。
