一份监管文件显示，资产管理巨头先锋集团最近增持了游戏驿站的股份，目前持股已超过该公司CEO莱恩·科恩（Ryan Cohen）旗下的RC Ventures。
根据提交给美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的文件，先锋集团（Vanguard）目前持有游戏驿站3710万8031股股票，占该公司8.7%的股份。在此之前，先锋集团持有2969万8579股，占6.87%的股份，已经是游戏驿站的最大机构投资者。
相比之下，科恩的RC Ventures持有该公司3684万7842股股票，相当于8.64%的股份。
游戏驿站的股价最近在没有明显消息的情况下飙升，周二结束了连续五天的上涨。该股周三收跌1.4%，成交量为1838万股，高于过去65天878万股的均值。
这家视频游戏零售商自10月15日宣布与交易卡、签名认证和评级服务机构Collectors合作后，就再也没有发布过新闻稿。
科恩在总统选举中支持唐纳德·特朗普，他于2023年9月被任命为游戏驿站CEO。去年12月，游戏驿站董事会批准了一项新的投资政策，允许该公司投资股权证券等投资项目，董事会授权科恩管理投资组合。
今年迄今，游戏驿站股价上涨了50.9%，超过了标普500指数25.5%的涨幅。
