【广州国有控股上市公司累计达40家】金十数据11月15日讯，在广州市新闻办举行的“拼经济稳增长·助企惠企暖企”新闻发布会上，广州市国资委党委副书记、副主任覃海宁介绍，广州深入实施新一轮国企改革深化提升行动，累计9家企业入选国务院国资委“双百企业”，17家入选“科改示范企业”，总数约占广东全省半数。更大力度推进“三项制度”改革，全面推行经理层任期制和契约化管理，建立管理人员末等调整和不胜任退出制度，健全中长期激励机制。永兴股份、如祺出行实现IPO上市，国有控股上市公司累计40家。
