BlockBeats 消息，11 月 15 日，由前 Valkyrie 投资公司首席执行官兼联合创始人 Leah Wald 领导的加密投资公司 Sol Strategies（HODL）以近 1800 万美元的现金和股份收购了四个验证节点。
这家总部位于多伦多的公司，前身为 Cypherpunk Holdings，计划从 Cogent Crypto 收购这些验证节点。Cogent Crypto 是一家在 Solana 生态系统内运营的高性能验证节点运营商。根据周四发布的声明，投资的总价值接近 1800 万美元，分为三个阶段：交易完成时支付 100 万美元现金和约 100 万美元的公司股份，其余部分将在三年内以股份形式分配，Sol Strategies 表示。
