智通财经APP讯，高视医疗(02407)发布公告，集团全资附属公司高视泰靓医疗科技有限公司的“人工晶状体植入系统”已获得由广东省药品监督管理局批准的二类医疗器械注册证。
根据《中国成人白内障摘除手术指南(2023)》内容显示，白内障是全球首位致盲性疾病。随着人口老龄化加剧，白内障发病率逐年增高。根据中华医学会眼科学分会统计数字，中国60岁至89岁人群白内障发病率是80%，而90岁以上人群白内障发病率达到90%以上。预计到2050年，中国成人白内障人群将超过2.4亿。目前常用的白内障治疗手术方式均需通过人工晶状体植入系统将人工晶状体注入眼内替代浑浊的自然晶状体，以恢复白内障患者的视力。
根据《高度近视防控专家共识(2023)》内容显示，近视是世界范围的高发疾病，当前全球近视患病率超过28.3%，预计到2050年将达到49.8%，而高度近视患病率届时将由目前的4.0%上升至9.8%。《近视防治指南(2024)》内容显示，近视的矫正可通过有晶体眼人工晶状体植入手术，其也需通过人工晶状体植入系统将有晶体眼人工晶状体注入眼内以达到近视矫正的目的。
高视泰靓本次获批的人工晶状体植入系统(注册证编号：粤械注准20242161490)由高视泰靓自主设计完成，既可以用于白内障手术中的人工晶状体植入手术，也可用于矫正近视的有晶体眼人工晶状体植入手术。该产品一方面可满足集团旗下的单焦点和多焦点人工晶状体的使用需求，另一方面也可供其它晶体厂家挑选适配使用。
