智通财经APP讯，华鼎控股(03398)发布公告，罗兵咸已辞任公司核数师，自2024年11月14日起生效。
于罗兵咸辞任后，在审核委员会建议下，董事会议决委任香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司(“立信德豪”)为公司新任核数师，以填补临时空缺，并任职直至公司预期将于2025年5月前后举行的应届股东周年大会结束时为止。有关委任仍须待立信德豪完成接纳客户程序后，方可生效。
