智通财经APP获悉，华润饮料(02460)尾盘跌超4%，盘中低见13.9港元，再创上市新低。截至发稿，跌3.59%，报13.98港元，成交额3227.19万港元。
消息面上，华润饮料公布，11月12日，整体协调人部分行使超额配股权，涉及合共5,037.04万股，占发售总数约14.48%。每股作价14.50港元，所得净额约7.19亿港元。据悉，加上此次部分行使超额配股权后，华润饮料IPO募资额升至约57.74亿港元。
招银国际指出，今年夏天以来，水企间的包装水价格战猛烈，怡宝对于价格把握相对严格，娃哈哈各渠道及地域的定价相近，而农夫山泉主导价格战，定价波动相对较大，叠加绿瓶水对于自身红瓶水有替代性效应打压，目前在经销商端受影响较大。我们预计水饮市场双寡头竞争格局保持不变；预计短期内大品牌降价导致水饮品牌间虹吸效应延续，龙头渗透率持续提升，随着农夫长期推动绿瓶水，其地位将进一步稳固。
