智通财经APP讯，江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)发布公告，于2024年11月14日，公司、招商局公路、广靖锡澄公司就有关增资签署了《增资协议》。广靖锡澄公司增资人民币16亿元，其股东按其持股比例出资，其中公司以人民币13.6亿元认购广靖锡澄公司人民币4.1亿元出资额，招商局公路以人民币2.4亿元认购广靖锡澄公司人民币7230.04万元出资额。
本次增资完成后，广靖锡澄公司注册资本增至人民币29.82亿元，其中：公司出资总额人民币25.35亿元，持股比例为85%;招商局公路出资总额人民币4.47亿元，持股比例为15%。
