智通财经APP讯，晋商银行(02558)发布公告，于2024年11月15日，董事会决议提名梁永明先生及索绪权先生为该行独立非执行董事。委任梁先生及索先生为独立非执行董事须取得该行股东于股东大会的批准及国家金融监督管理总局山西监管局关于核准梁先生及索先生董事任职资格的批复。
王立彦先生因已担任独立非执行董事为期六年，已辞任独立非执行董事、董事会审计委员会主任委员、董事会消费者权益保护委员会副主任委员及董事会关联交易控制委员会委员。在新任独立非执行董事的委任获股东于股东大会上批准且其董事任职资格获山西监管局核准之前，王先生将继续履行其独立非执行董事及董事会专门委员会主任委员╱副主任委员╱委员相关职责。
